Returns
We do not offer refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. You will have up to 7 days to exchange your item.
If you do not see anything at the moment you want to exchange for, you will receive store credit
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Online/Pick-up Orders
If you have placed an online order and have agreed to pick up your order, please ensure that you collect your order within 10 business days.
Failure to do so will result in the item being restocked and resold, and no refund will be issued.
